'Propagate Changes to Trade Transaction' Action Does Not Propagate Change of 'Item ID' on Order Release Line to GTM Trade Transaction Line (Doc ID 2692637.1)

Symptoms

Order Release' action 'Propagate Changes to Trade Transaction' does not sync or propagate 'Item ID' change from Order Release Line to GTM Transaction Line.

Example:

Order Release: XXX
Note: The Order Line has Item ID 'ITEM01'

01. Run the 'Build Transaction' action using Data Configuration ID 'XXX'
Trade Transaction/Line '20200714-00000001' is created
Note: The Transaction Line has Item ID 'ITEM01'

02. Change the Order Release Line Item ID to 'ITEM02'

03. Run the 'Propagate Changes to Trade Transaction' on the Order
Note: The Transaction Line still has Item ID 'ITEM01'
