Additional Options for Reusing Items in Multiple Promotions. (Doc ID 2693075.1)

Goal

A request is being made to provide the ability for items used in the Buy or Spend condition qualifier for one promotion to also be used as the qualifier of another promotion.

Here is an example of a current limitation:

If a guest has a $5 off ItemABC Coupon and sees that there is a flash sale for $10 off $75+ on all orders. Guest adds 3 ItemABCs to the cart and enters 
both promotion codes for the $5 off ItemABC and the flash sale. The $5 off coupon will be applied, however once the item discount is applied the itemABC
item is no longer included in the $75+ threshold to  receive an extra $10 off because the item discount is prioritized and will not combine with any other order discount.
