Symptoms

Store MOD message failed with an error.

javax.ejb.EJBException: Error while calling Injector Service.: Client received SOAP Fault from server: EJB Exception: : java.lang.RuntimeException: Exception calling plsql inject. Error from {call RMSSUB_XSTORE.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] Could not update database record.\n\tat

steps to Recreate:

  1.  Create the store mod message and send to SaaS via PublishXStoreModifyUsingXStoreDesc WSDL.
  2. Notice the store mode messages failed in RIB Hospital with the above mentioned error.
