Goal

The requirement is to prevent access to certain Tasks in the 'Transfer-To Inventory Task' LOV in the Create Project Transfer UI?

For Example:

Task: XXXX:Build: External Labor

This task is a Service, therefore per Internal business rules, this Task should not be eligible to receive Inventory items from another Project/Task.
