Symptoms
Capacity Limits are configured. Planning is done with a Network where the Network Leg includes a Leg Consolidation Group associated with the Capacity Limit Group used in the Capacity Limits.
When Planning an Order Release in this scenario, the planning is failing.
In contrast, if the Capacity Limit Group is removed or Planning is done with Cost-Based instead of Network, it plans fine.
