Symptoms

In OCI Gen2 when trying to navigate (as below) to the Administration Page of a PSM based OAC instance and expecting to see the "other analytics" option link but the option is missing for the user:

Login to OCI Console > Analytics > Analytics Cloud > Other Analytics
