Symptoms

When started JCS service instance from console, Weblogic nodemanager ,admin and managed servers  are down .

Console start operation activity logs shows below message :

Nodemanager uses startJCSServer.sh script to start Weblogic Admin and managed servers. Since Nodemanager is not up, Weblogic Admin and managed servers will not be started .
