Symptoms

Upload Printed Attachments is not triggered when Print Receivables Transaction process ends in error:

The email configuration for the operational unit is incomplete.Transactions belonging to the operational unit will not be included in the output file

Print Receivables Transaction process should trigger Upload Printed Attachments to store the copies of transactions for successfully delivered transactions.
