ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Upload Printed Attachments is not triggered when Print Receivables Transaction process ends in error

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Print Receivables Transaction process should trigger Upload Printed Attachments to store the copies of transactions for successfully delivered transactions.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Ran Print Receivables Transactions process for multiple transactions having delivery method paper or email

2. The process ended in error status

3. Error displayed in Print Receivables Transaction log file: The email configuration for the XXXX operational unit is incomplete. Transactions belonging to the operational unit will not be included in the output file.

4. Upload Printed Receivables transaction process was not triggered automatically by Print Receivables Transaction

5. The transactions having delivery method paper have been updated with the status printed but doesn't have any attachment on them


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, copies of delivered transactions are not stored properly.
