Symptoms

SOAP Web Service 'ProjectTaskServiceV2' operation  UpdateFinancialTaskStructure is not updating TASK MANAGER  

When TaskManager values is passed in the request,no errors but the Task Manager Name is not updated.

Only working when ManagerPersonId is passed to the payload. As this is is fusion Internal ID ,this PersonID can not be provided always
