Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Time Card Entry
An error message is triggered when opening or creating a new time card.
An error is triggered while try to open a time card, create a new time card or go into the layout.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign in Application and navigate to Time and Absences
2. Try to view time card and notice system gives an above mentioned error
3. Try to create time card and system gives same error mentioned above
