Shipment Tracking Event Reference Number Is Not Showing Up on the Shipment Action 'View Shipment Tracking Events' (Doc ID 2694893.1)

Symptoms

The Reference Number entered during adding the Shipment Tracking Event is not showing up when you click the shipment action 'View Shipment Tracking Events'

Example:

Login as SERVPROV user

Navigate to Buy Shipment Events > Search > Select [Shipment ID] > Actions > Add Shipment Tracking Event >

- Reference Number Qualifier ID = XXX
- Reference Number = XXX
- Responsible Party = XXX
- Status = XXX
- Reason = XXX
- Shipment Stop = X
- Event Date/Time = XXX
Finished

Navigate to Buy Shipment Events > Search > Select [Shipment ID] > Actions > View Shipment Tracking Events > The entered Reference Number does not show up.
