Need To Create Custom Action On Online Booking/tendering Screen (Doc ID 2695155.1)

Need to create custom action on Online booking/tendering screen. When carrier performs 'Accept Tender' action from 'Online Booking/Tendering' screen there is an option to enter 'Pickup Time'. Customer wants this pickup time field to be non-editable. As the screen is a jspx screen it is not possible to achieve this.

So Customer tried achieving this by creating a custom action to perform 'Accept Tender'. This way there won't be a jspx screen opening and this also reduces number of clicks.
Problem here is there is no 'RUN_AGENT_SERVPROV_TENDER_COLLAB' action definition for creating a custom action on 'Online Booking/Tendering' screen.

Is there different 'Action Definition ID' for creating custom action on 'Online Booking/Tendering screen? How can we achieve this?
