In Manage Transfer Order Page: Timestamp (seconds) Does not Commit (save) after updating and saving.
In the Mange Transfer order page, the requested delivery date was not updating in Transfer order base table.
The seconds (in time section) in the requested delivery date was changed manually but that was not reflecting in Transfer order base table.
