Symptoms
Server error attempting to insert a new doclet results in an error message similar to:
A service error has occurred. Select "Provide Feedback" and contact Oracle Support. Reference: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX
A review of the Styles defined in the Sample Style Sheet associated with the Report package shows one or more Style Names that include a comma (,) character.
Changes
Style names in the style sheet were edited to assign aliases to the style.

Styles were renamed with names that include one or more comma characters.
