Symptoms

Fiscal Document not showing any record in Deliveries Pending


STEPS:
  - Navigator
  -Fiscal Document Capture
  -Deliveries Pending > seeing transaction pending (from Dashboard)
  -Click on that and it is showing blank page

Or

- Navigator
-Fiscal Document Capture
-Task from right side on FDC screen. And click on Confirm Item Deliveries.
-It is showing blank page
