When attempting to update checkbox field on Contact object, the following error occurs.

The value for column CreatedByModule must be a value defined in the lookup type HZ_CREATED_BY_MODULES. (HZ-120113)



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Contacts
2. Open existing Contact
3. Update do not email checkbox
4. Error
