Symptoms

When attempting to disable a user in Primavera Administration (Cloud Admin), the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Disable user operation failed".

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Cloud Admin.
  2. Disable user.
  3. Error.
