Symptoms
Metadata names are localized in the repository (rpd) using externalize display names.
Tried to change the browser language to localized language such as Japanese and create dataset (or data flow).
1. Create data set
2. Select "Local Subject Area"
3. Select schema name and add a table
You see metadata names in English and not in the localized language.
When checking WEBLANGUAGE variable, it is properly set the session variable and it returns 'ja'.
