Goal

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Manage Advanced Collections

Is possible to set the application to calculate delinquency & past due in the customer time zone?


Collection and receivables are not taking LE/user time zone to calculate delinquency & past due :
The requirement is to calculate delinquency and determine past due receivables transactions based on customer time zone (for example UTC+2).
Legal entity and user preferences have been set to customer time zone. Though Oracle Cloud is not calculating delinquency and determine past due receivables transactions based on the customer time zone.
