On : 20.2 version, Core Product Functionality

When attempting to split IBLPN
the following error occurs.

Shipment not verified, Split not allowed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Split IBLPN RF Screen.
2. Scan the IBLPN.
3. Scan the Qty.
4. Scan the To IBLPN
5. Observe the Error.
