In OAC Gen2 5.5 version or later

Connection to the Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) in a private subnet, fails with below error: 

State: HY000. Code: 77031. [nQSError: 77031] Error occurs while calling remote service DatasourceService. Details: [JDSError : 110] JDS - Invalid connect string / URL to external source - Cause: JDS - Invalid connect string / URL to external source Action: Please refer to logs for more Details (HY000)
