How to enable Workspace-Nested tabs? (Doc ID 2697839.1)

Goal

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Workspace and Adaptive Search

Workspace : Enabling Nested tabs

Per Oracle documents - the nested tabs in workspace can be enabled by adding the following privileges to the existing roles or adding the below roles to users. I have added both and the nested tab functionality is still not available in our environment. Could you verify if any additional settings need to be enabled ?


The privileges added to users roles are below

• Open Objects in Dynamic Tabs
• Open Objects in Dynamic Tabs for FSCM
• Open Objects in Dynamic Tabs for HCM

The Roles added to Users are below

Customer Service Representative or Customer Service Manager job roles.
