Goal

Created Extra $0 amount lines for Receipt into Inspection

PO’s are seeing extra $0 amount lines created for Receipt into Inspection.   Why does Receipt Accounting Transactions > Distribution tab show:

    Receiving Inspection 0.00 DR
    Expense Accrual  0.00 CR 

for the Cost Source: "Transaction taxes- taxes copied from purchase order"?
 
The PO Main and Distributions tab information show Total Tax: 0.00 USD.
