Goal
User ABCD is unable to upload their journal entry and is receiving the following error -XYZ Segmnet: You're using a balancing segment value that isn't assigned to the ledger or the data access set." We have verified that Segment XYZ is enabled and that it is assigned to a legal entity. We have also verified that it is in the hierarchy and rolls up to the parent BUSR for the data access set. The user is ABCD and we have also verified that her data set access is set to BUSR.
