Symptoms

After logging in, the dashboard view loads with an error "unable to load profile" for one user. However, the same dashboard view works for other users.

The log shows:

com.retek.mdap.bridge.ServerException: This session is being terminated due to an offline task. Message from offline task:ExitFileException: Stopping all sessions/conversations for this specified user xxxx
