Fluid Recruiting — Employee Id Is Displayed along with the User's Name in Requisition History (Doc ID 2698878.1)

Goal

When viewing the actions of a requisition from the history tab, the history shows the name of the user who took the action, and in parenthesis shows the employee ID of the user from SmartOrg. This only shows for Requisitions. In submissions, this is not visible.

In Legacy Recruiting, only the user's full name is displayed, without the employee ID.
