The View History data is not shown correctly for different competencies

STEPS
-----------------------
1. My Client Groups > Talent Profile > Search and select employee > Go to Skills and Qualifications
2. Under leadership assessment click on add and give any rating.
3. Click on the three dots > View History
4. Only the last update is shown
