Create Cost Accounting Distribution Ended In Error State (Doc ID 2699031.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Cost Management

When running create cost accounting distributions it fails with the following error.

ESS Job Result: BP:ERROR: Process rolled back and aborted due to SQL Exception on ComputeAcquisitionCosts2/mtpInsertNewCostAdjDtls: ORA-00001: unique constraint (FUSION.CST_ACQ_COST_ADJUSTMENT_DTL_PK) violated createTxnCostsAndCostAdjs() failed due to an unknown Exception. processNewAPInvoiceInfo() failed due to an Exception. processNewTxnsWithInvoices() failed due to an unknown Exception. processClosedPOs() failed due to an unknown Exception.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cost Accounting
2. Run create cost accounting distributions
3. View the log.
