ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Tenders to some Service Provider required to include the Equipment Initial and the Equipment Number,Equipment Initial and Equipment Number are deleted when retendered after a tender withdrawal


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------

the Equipment Initial and Equipment Number should not be deleted on shipment

STEPS
------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Shipment with Equipment Details is Tendered
2. Shipment is in Pickup Notification Status
3. Shipment Tender is Withdrawn
4. Retender the Shipment  - This tender process deletes the Equipment Initial and Equipment Number
