Image Captured With Event From OTM Mobile In Android Phone Not Flowing To OTM (Doc ID 2699247.1)

When attempting to capture event in OTM Mobile using Android phone, this flows to OTM as a document of type MOBILE_IMAGE. However, the image itself will not be viewable
and then the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open OTM mobile app
2. Capture event in OTM Mobile using Android phone
3. This flows to OTM as a document of type MOBILE_IMAGE
4. Now login to OTM in desktop
5. Navigate to Shipment Management-->Shipment Management--> Buy Shipments
6. Search the Corresponding shipment and then nvaigate to Documetns TAB.
7. Click on MOBILE_IMAGE and the URL contains NULL value and then click on VIEW
8. Error Message Appears.
