ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Department ID instead of Name Shows On Transfer RUI
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Department Name should be visible while performing Transaction.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Transfer action
2. Search for and select a person to transfer
3. Click Continue
4. In the When does the transfer start? field, select an effective date
5. Click Continue
6. In the Transfer section, notice that the Department field displays an ID value rather than a name value
