Symptoms

Unable to load transactions using standard import, receive error:
Error in SQLLDR Log Processing for Batch : 300000103034342; Exception : java.lang.Exception: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0, Size: 0
java.util.ArrayList.rangeCheck(ArrayList.java:640)
java.util.ArrayList.get(ArrayList.java:416)

Steps to reproduce:

    Tools > Import Management > Create Import Activity
    Object> Incentive Transaction
    Create mapping using the file to be imported.
    Import is successful
    Perform a second import using the mapping created in step 1 but the file name is different from what was used to create the mapping
    Import fails with status code error
