[OCI]: DBCLI LIST-PDBS Shows Error "DCS-10032:Resource pdb is not found" In Cloned Database System (Doc ID 2699479.1)

Symptoms

Cloned a new database using "Create database from backup" option from cloud console. DBCLI command to list the pdbs fails with following error:

# dbcli list-pdbs -i 0450751b-4283-44fd-936b-6dea357b5bd9
    DCS-10032:Resource pdb is not found.
=================

In the cloned database, pdbs are shown as below:

SQL> sho pdbs
CON_ID CON_NAME OPEN MODE RESTRICTED
---------- ------------------------------ ---------- ----------
2 PDB$SEED READ ONLY NO
3 ORCLPDB1 READ WRITE NO
===============
