PRC:SSP: Requisition Shop Page Display Issues after 20C Update (Doc ID 2699792.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior:
After 20C Update on test instance following fields are not displayed on Requisitions UI

Shop By Category
Search for items - search bar
Next to Requester name Edit (Pencil) icon not shown

Expected Behavior:
Expect to see the Icons displayed correctly

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Login into Fusion Applications
2.Navigate > Procurement > Purchase Requisitions
3.UI shows Requisitions
4.But does not show

Shop By Category
Search for items - search bar
Next to Requester name Edit (Pencil) icon not shown

If you move the mouse to that section where you expect these links should exist there mouse changes and can see categories and able to click on edit
