On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Global Payroll
When attempting to create an offer in ORC to a candidate the following error occurs.

JBO-CMP:::CMP_SAL_ELEM_ENT_FAIL_ERR_MSG: CMP-1005343Salary element entry couldn't be created.Reason for this error: ORA-20001: The identifier 300000001848665 for the payroll relationship, employment terms, or assignment passed to the entry level ID parameter is invalid. Details: The employment level ID included with the entry for the Basic Salary element must be a valid ID number for the employment level indicated. The employment level must also match the employment level at which entries can be created for this element. For example, you can't use an assignment ID to create a terms level entry, and the assignment ID submitted must ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_SALARY_INTERFACE", line 1254 ORA-06512: at line 1 .
