Symptoms

When attempting to end date an existing charge and add a new charge using Batch Import Price list
the following error occurs.

ERROR

The request failed. You can't use the End Insert operation for the price list charge. Use the Create and Update operations instead.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare the FBDI file to perform END-INSERT operation on an item's charge
2. Generate the CSV file
3. Submit the ESS Load Interface File for Import to load the file
4. Submit the Import Price Lists Batch ESS
5. Observe the above error in the output file
