Two Users Are Unable To Add Notes On AP Invoice Header (Doc ID 2700192.1)

Goal

Two users are unable to add Notes on AP Invoice Header. They can view notes added by others but when they try to add one, it doesn't get saved. The Author name doesn't get populated when these 2 users add notes. Others who are able to add notes, the author field gets populated with their names and they are able to save.

Please review and advise what needs to be done to fix this issue for the 2 affected users. All of them have similar roles, custom AP roles and none of them have a seeded AP role assigned.

This is happening on both TEST and PROD.
