Period Of Unavailability (POU) assigned to Standby Crew Shifts generate unnecessary To Dos
When POU Template is used for weekly safety meetings, for example, they generate many To Dos when they are assigned to Crew Shifts that have the "Standby" option enabled. This To Dos are essentially useless since there is a Crew Shift and if the Crew begins work on that Standby Shift (the day of), the POU should apply. We should be able to disable these To Dos from generating scheduler errors for POUs against Standby Shifts as there is no action that can or should be taken.
Currently, both Activities and POUs (and presumably all tasks) generate the same To Do Type (M1-SRGTD Scheduling Error) and Message (11507, 10480). Since they are shared with Activities, which are valuable, we can not use the To Do Message Override to suppress the specific message. Ideally, the Scheduling Error To Do creation should be suppressed if there is a Standby Shift. Alternatively, if POU generated a different Message Number for the same To Do Type, we could use the Message Override to suppress/exclude that To Do from being created only for POUs.
