Why The WMS Transactions Are Not Being Sent From Wms To The OIC Using SCM Prebuilt? (Doc ID 2700338.1)

Goal

WMS(warehouse management cloud services) transactions are not being sent to the OIC(Oracle Integration Cloud) using the SCM(Supply Chain Management) prebuilt. we have a license for OIC, and have followed the guide 2404671.1, OIC integrations using the prebuilt integrations. When creating transactions in Oracle WMS cloud(for example.cycle count adjustment), these transactions are not being sent to OIC and the integrations are active.

Why the WMS transactions are not being sent from wms to the OIC using SCM prebuilt?
