On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Global Payroll
When attempting to end date an element 'ABC' at 15.08.2020 the following error occurs.

The effective end date can't be earlier than the effective end date of a child record. (PAY-1635022)
Retry the operation with a valid effective end date or remove future changes to the child record.
