Integration From B2B Service Work Order to Field Service Not Working

Symptoms
When attempting to create work order through Service Cloud Application, the information is not being synchronized with Field Service. The following message appears:
ERROR
-----------------------
"Waiting for confirmation from Field Service that the submitted activity was successfully created. Refresh to check for status updates."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service Request > Work Order
2. Create Work Order with Field Service Integration
3. Fill the data and hit save.
4. Message appears and nothing happen
5. Check Field Service, activity is not created
