Issue Seen :

User A created A Connection in DV in TEST Environment.

A Snapshot is created from TEST and restored in PROD Environment by User B.

When User B(who belongs to BIServiceAdministrator App Role) logs in to PROD, The Connections created by User A are not visible.

However if User A logs in to PROD, he can see the Connection.
