Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Customer Payments (Receipts)

Create Accounting for foreign currency receipt has invalid status

When Create Accounting for foreign currency receipt there is the following error:

ERROR

The subledger journal entry doesn't balance in one or more of the entered currencies.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create receipt in foreign currency
2. Apply receipt to transaction in functional currency using User enter currency conversion

3. Run create accounting


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create accounting for receipts.
