Symptoms
User cancelled Crediting job ( request_id 1100346 ) because it was submitted for a wide date range and running too slow ( 6+ hours ) .
It shows as Cancelling and did not change to Cancelled status. Any other crediting jobs submitted are in Blocked status.
Requested Support to cancel the job from the backend.
User then submitted new Crediting jobs but they all error then retries and still error.
