Goal

This note describes how to automatically approve Sales Order which are in a - pending approval - status for a certain time. The business requirement is to:

1. Review orders that are in - pending approval - status.
2. Check how long they have been in this state.
3. Automatically approve any orders where the time in the status exceeds a user defined time.
