Goal

Sequence of Questions in Questionnaire isn't correct

We have created multiple questionnaires for performance documents.
However, while creating the questionnaire the sequence of question displayed isn't the same as when the questionnarie is being used.
From UI perspective it is very necessary that the managers and employee see the questions in correct order to complete the questionnaire.
