Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Setup, Rapid Impl and Security
Customer is not able to end date or fix the CVR because the screen is to slow
And when user is running Manage Cross-Validation Rule Violations, receives an error message

STEPS

1. Login to fusion Apps
2. Navigator> Manage Cross Validation Rules
3. error Rule Code: Filter Type: CONDITION_FILTER Error
Message:[ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small]
