Symptoms
A new visitor visits a landing page that utilizes strict mode tracking. The visitor clicks on the Accept button in the opt-in banner but the page visit is not tracked. The visitor is only being tracked if the page is reloaded or the visitor navigates to another tracked web page in this scenario.
