XOrder Webservice - Origin Country Id Gets Updated Only When The Qty_Ordered Is Changed (Doc ID 2702845.1)

Symptoms

Origin country id gets updated only when the qty_ordered is changed via Purchase Order Management Web Service.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Choose any existing Order and change the Origin country without changing the Order quantity.
  2. Prepare the Order MOD details SOAP XML for the same order.
  3. Invoke Xorder WebService via SOAP UI and modify detail service call was successful
  4. Validate the ordsku table the Origin country is not changed.
