While Activating OIC integration Flow It Fails With "java.lang.NullPointerException" (Doc ID 2703663.1)

Symptoms

While trying to activate integration it fails with error.

ERROR
-----------------------

Failed to activate integration <IntegrationName> (1.0).
Integration '<IntegrationName> | 1.0' cannot be activated. Incident has been created with ID htRtCzIZeNFHsFHeIPO7pq. [Cause: ICS-20575]
Integration "<IntegrationName>|01" cannot be activated because of an internal error. Incident has been created with ID: htRtCzIZeNFHsFHeIPO7pq.;
Integration <IntegrationName> (1.0) cannot be activated.
java.lang.NullPointerException.

How to fix

1. Verify and rectify the changes.
2. Retry the activation.
